Thermalright has announced the launch of the Assassin Classic-6 SE Black, a high-performance aluminium fin-stack air CPU cooler designed for enthusiasts seeking reliable thermal management. This new model stands out with its classic design, featuring uncoated aluminium fins and a robust die-cast metal top plate, offering both durability and a timeless aesthetic.
Efficient Heat Dissipation with Direct-Touch Technology
The Assassin Classic-6 SE Black utilizes a heatpipe direct-touch base, ensuring efficient heat transfer from the CPU. Six 6 mm-thick, nickel-plated copper heatpipes extend from the base, channeling heat into the dense aluminium fin array. This configuration maximizes surface area for optimal cooling performance, making it suitable for demanding computing tasks and overclocking scenarios.
Advanced Cooling Fan for Optimal Airflow
Included with the cooler is the Thermalright TL-NT12 fan, engineered for both performance and quiet operation. The fan features acute-angled blades for improved airflow, hydraulic bearings for longevity, and a rubberized frame to minimize vibration. It supports 4-pin PWM control, allowing for dynamic speed adjustments up to 1,850 RPM. At peak operation, the fan delivers up to 84.5 CFM of airflow and 2.38 mm H₂O static pressure, while maintaining a maximum noise level of just 30.02 dBA.
Compact Dimensions and Compatibility
With the fan installed, the Assassin Classic-6 SE Black measures 124 mm in width, 82 mm in depth, and 152 mm in height. These dimensions ensure compatibility with a wide range of PC cases, while providing ample clearance for memory modules and other components. Thermalright has not yet disclosed the weight or pricing details for this model.
